School Speech Language Pathologist - Hopkins, Minnesota

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services at a middle school location in Hopkins, MN. This role offers hands-on experience working within a school setting, supporting students' communication needs with a focus on delivering specialized SLP services.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans based on student goals.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including therapy notes and progress reports.
• Participating in team meetings and IEP conferences as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) credential required.
• Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage an approximate .5 FTE caseload (about 18 hours per week).
  
  

Position Details

• Location: Roosevelt Middle School, Blaine, MN area.
• Contract duration: March 9, 2026 June 5, 2026.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours/week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
• Caseload: Part-time at roughly half-time commitment.
