- Assess, plan, and implement individualized speech and language interventions for students with various communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and review
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing speech-language services in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders commonly seen in school-aged children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
