Key Responsibilities
- Administer speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to the needs of students with life skills and autistic support requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and update goals
- Maintain thorough documentation, including IEP goal updates and session notes
- Participate in relevant meetings and trainings as required by the school
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with communicative and developmental challenges
- Familiarity with life skills and autism support programming preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
