- Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working within school environments, preferably in both elementary and secondary settings
- Familiarity with supporting students with speech and language disorders under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and documentation skills to track student progress and collaborate with educators
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans designed to improve students speech and language skills
