Key Qualifications
- Active SLPA license or certificate in Pennsylvania
- Experience working with children or school populations preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow therapy plans and instructions from a supervising SLP
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based setting
- Provide direct speech and language support services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Prepare materials and organize sessions to facilitate student progress
- Document students’ performance and maintain accurate records as required
