A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide leave coverage at an elementary school in Pottstown, PA. This contract role starts ASAP and runs through the end of March, with the possibility of extension uncertain. Candidates should be prepared to transition to other roles throughout the spring season as needed.
The caseload consists of 40-50 elementary-aged students presenting a variety of speech and language needs. The position requires a professional with credentials in school-based speech-language pathology, including SLP-CCC certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Adapt therapy approaches to a diverse caseload with varying communication disorders
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in an elementary setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students with varying needs
