Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each students needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services designed to address various communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams to ensure cohesive support and progress monitoring
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not mandatory
- Full-time and part-time options available to accommodate different schedules
- Caseload includes students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- On-site presence is required to provide hands-on services and maintain close collaboration within the school community
