Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services addressing speech, language, fluency, voice, and auditory skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to monitor progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive strategies
- Current and valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational environment
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Familiarity with IEP development and special education regulations
