Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy services addressing speech, language, fluency, voice, and auditory skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to monitor progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies

Qualifications And Experience

• Current and valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged children in an educational environment
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize responsibilities effectively
