Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 10:45 AM 4:15 PM
• Friday: 10:45 AM 3:00 PM
• Total of 22.5 hours per week
• Position duration: ASAP through 6/26/26
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing diabetic care and monitoring for a student
• Accompany the student on the bus to and from their work-based program
• Supervise the student during the school day to ensure safety and health compliance
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse License (RN) required
• Experience working in a school health setting preferred
• Ability to monitor and respond to diabetic needs accurately and promptly
  
  

Location specifics include support based in Depew, NY, with flexibility around neighboring areas.
