School Registered Nurse (RN) in Lawrence, MA

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting PreK-2nd grade students as a campus nurse for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite position runs from August 17, 2026, through June 18, 2027, with a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week.

As a crucial member of the school community, you’ll provide health care services, promote wellness, and help ensure a safe, supportive environment for young learners. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to address student health concerns and manage routine and emergency care.

Ideal Candidates Will Bring

• An active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Prior school-based nursing experience
• Reliable transportation to fulfill onsite requirements
• Experience serving early childhood/elementary student populations
• Ability to work the required hours with no schedule adjustments
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting and CORI background checks
• Professionalism and adaptability to a dynamic school setting
  
  

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Administering routine and emergency medical care to PreK-2nd grade students
• Managing health records and documenting care provided
• Supporting students with chronic health conditions or special medication needs
• Communicating important health information with parents, school staff, and healthcare professionals
