Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development and academic success
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Valid Washington State School Psychologist certification
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students across various disability levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse school teams and families
- Ability to conduct assessments and deliver interventions aligned with best practices
- Commitment to supporting inclusive, student-centered learning environments
- Full-time position working five days per week, Monday through Friday
- 7 hours per day onsite in Woodland, WA
