Soliant iscurrently hiringSchool Psychologists to join our education teams in Virginia. These roles provide critical support to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels by conducting thorough evaluations and collaborating closely with educators and families.
You will be assigned to 2-3 schools, where your expertise will help identify student needs, guide interventions, and promote a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities Include
- Performing diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' intellectual, social, and emotional functioning.
- Analyzing and interpreting test results to inform educational planning.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective support strategies.
- Providing ongoing consultation and guidance on student behavior and learning challenges.
- Maintaining comprehensive records and preparing reports to support student services.
- Participating in team meetings to help develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Active Virginia license with endorsement in School Psychology is mandatory.
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred.
- Strong skills in psychological assessment and intervention.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with students, staff, and families.
- Must be available to work onsite at assigned schools.
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday during regular school hours
- Onsite work required at multiple school locations
