- Administering and interpreting psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding student development and strategies to address learning or behavioral challenges
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes regarding student services
- Offering direct interventions and counseling as needed
- Managing itinerant services across multiple school sites with some flexibility for virtual support
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with local, state, and federal regulations
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin
- Experience working with K-12 populations in educational environments
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt services for an itinerant role, including effective time management and organizational skills
