Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students to identify learning, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student mental health.
- Assist in designing and conducting professional development related to mental health and behavior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards of school psychology practice.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
