Key Qualifications

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Washington state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and counseling preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures, including IEPs and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, flexible, and passionate about student well-being
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
• Interpret testing data and develop effective recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, Eligibility, and Child Study Teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrative staff regarding student needs
• Provide direct individual or group counseling services to students
• Contribute to building-wide interventions and school policy planning
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
