School Psychologist in Olathe, KS

Located in Olathe, KS, this contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized psychological services in a K-12 educational setting. The role focuses on working in-person with students who have significant disabilities, including non-verbal, physically impaired individuals or those who communicate using assistive technology devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and assessments for students with intensive disabilities.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Utilize expertise to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance student learning and support.
• Potentially travel between multiple school sites to serve diverse student populations.

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Licensed or certified School Psychologist with experience conducting assessments for students with severe behavioral, cognitive, or communication challenges.
• Comfortable working with assistive technology devices and alternative communication methods.
