Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students with diverse needs within an elementary caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation to support student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district guidelines and regulations.
- Valid California School Psychologist License is mandatory.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, educational laws, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with school staff, students, and families.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in diverse school environments.
