Key Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Familiarity with psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and report writing
• Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organized student records

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support for students as needed
• Offer consultation and resources to teachers, administrators, and families to foster student achievement and well-being
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the development of intervention and accommodation plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
