- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide consultation and support to address behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to identify students needs and recommend interventions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary to support academic and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.
- Valid Virginia State Psychologist License.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably with an elementary caseload.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
