School Psychologist in Bear, DE

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year, running from ASAP through June 12, 2026. This contract opportunity involves working 37.5 hours per week within a high school setting and supports students across preschool, elementary, and high school levels.

Location: Bear, Delaware

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to students.
• Assist in creating individualized education programs (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in school psychology preferred, ideally within preschool through high school environments.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and educational regulations.
