Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 3-5 as part of the Child Find Program.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to assess and identify developmental and learning needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss evaluation results and recommendations.
- Adhere to all district policies and state licensing requirements.
- Valid Maryland School Psychologist License.
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations with young children (ages 3-5).
- Strong understanding of developmental assessment tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate findings.
- Availability to work approximately 3 days per week from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Elementary school in Ellicott City, MD, serving within the Howard County Public Schools system.
- Immediate start with assignment ending June 9th.
- Position offers roughly 7 paid hours per day.
- Contract-based position focusing solely on evaluations.
