Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student mental health and learning.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and external professionals to create supportive educational environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to behavioral and academic planning.
- Valid School Psychologist credential or license as required by the state of California.
- Experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 school setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing, assessment tools, and educational regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative school team.
