A full-time School Psychologist position is available in Cairo, GA, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role runs from July 15, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with a weekly schedule of approximately 32.5 to 35 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and provide counseling or referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students (newly certified candidates welcome).
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
