Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Active Massachusetts license as a Psychologist is required
- Experience working in school settings, ideally with high school populations
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills with students exhibiting diverse needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with educators, families, and students
- Reliable transportation to work onsite
