School Psych - Sunnyvale, California

A contract position is available for a School Psychologist to support two schools located on the same campus in Sunnyvale, CA. This role involves working with a middle school and a 3rd through 8th grade site, providing psychological services to a caseload of 40 to 50 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across middle school and grades 3-8.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and learning needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to creating supportive educational environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid School Psychologist credential or license.
• Experience working in school settings, ideally with middle school and upper elementary students.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week contract position. Candidates should be prepared to coordinate with two schools on one campus and manage dual-site responsibilities.
