School Psych - Snowflake, Arizona

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will touch multiple campuses, allowing you to make a meaningful difference as you travel between schools to provide psychological services, guide multidisciplinary teams, and foster an inclusive learning environment.

In this contract position, compensation ranges from $45/hr to $56/hr. Eligible professionals will also have access to healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Further details on the benefits plan are available upon application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring each student’s plan meets best practices and individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support academic and emotional success
• Help lead crisis intervention initiatives to provide timely student support when it counts most
• Promote and implement the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process for proactive intervention
• Serve as a resource in developing systems and strategies that promote positive student behaviors and mental wellness
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification (required)
• Experience working with PreK-12 students preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in an itinerant role serving diverse school communities
• Strong skills in crisis management, assessment techniques, and collaborative teamwork
• Confident communicator and advocate for students’ needs in group and one-on-one settings
