Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring each student’s plan meets best practices and individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support academic and emotional success
- Help lead crisis intervention initiatives to provide timely student support when it counts most
- Promote and implement the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process for proactive intervention
- Serve as a resource in developing systems and strategies that promote positive student behaviors and mental wellness
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification (required)
- Experience working with PreK-12 students preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in an itinerant role serving diverse school communities
- Strong skills in crisis management, assessment techniques, and collaborative teamwork
- Confident communicator and advocate for students’ needs in group and one-on-one settings
