Key Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
- Experience in school-based OT settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical competencies are encouraged to apply
- Skilled at assessments, goal setting, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Provide therapy services to students with diverse needs, supporting functional independence in the educational environment
