Responsibilities Include
- Delivering individualized OT services to children with diverse abilities on an elementary caseload
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to develop and implement therapy plans
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall educational goals of the school
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
- Strong understanding of child development and educational practices related to OT
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy services
