Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and therapy documentation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to address fine motor, sensory integration, and self-help skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress reports
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
