Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Knowledge of best practices for serving students with autism or multiple disabilities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to unique classroom environments
- Experience developing and implementing IEP goals for diverse learners
- Provide direct OT services to students aged K-12 as outlined in their IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure holistic support
- Track progress and document session data according to program requirements
- Engage families and caregivers as partners in student success
- Contribute to a positive, structured, and enthusiastic team approach within the ESY framework
- Offer creative solutions and modifications to foster student participation and skill-building
- Structured, predictable day schedule for work-life balance
