- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in school-based occupational therapy
- Ability to manage a flexible, travel-based schedule
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Travel between school locations throughout the week as assigned
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
