Qualifications And Experience

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of best practices in school-based occupational therapy
• Ability to manage a flexible, travel-based schedule
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Travel between school locations throughout the week as assigned
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
