Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA OT)
- Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings, particularly with social-emotional, behavioral, and ASD challenges
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting strategies for various student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care in an onsite educational environment
- Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services to PreK–high school students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to support holistic student development
- Document progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and participate in team meetings as required
- Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, sensory tools, and classroom modifications as needed during the summer program
- Enjoy a Monday through Thursday schedule (8:30 AM–2:30 PM, totaling 22 hours per week), offering a great work-life balance for the summer
