- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students in elementary through high school.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Experience providing OT services in school settings.
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and special education laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
