School Occupational Therapist - Mason, Michigan

This contract position offers an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based experience to provide services across multiple educational settings in Mason, MI. The role involves working with approximately 40 students in a variety of grade levels to support their occupational therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students in elementary through high school.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Experience providing OT services in school settings.
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and special education laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
