Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong background in school-based OT services
• Knowledge of therapeutic approaches for children and adolescents
• Experience with assessments, therapeutic plans, and implementation within a school environment
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address sensory, motor, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support for student needs
• Monitor, record, and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Offer consultative advice and hands-on interventions in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school policies
