Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with a variety of physical, developmental, and emotional needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings
• Document progress and maintain clear, concise records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques and educational frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage caseload independently and prioritize treatment plans
