Key Qualifications
- Hold a current Occupational Therapy license and registration (OTR)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload and travel between school locations as needed
- Skilled in delivering therapy services to children and adolescents with diverse needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across multiple school sites
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to maximize student success
