A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available at a school in Henderson, CO for the 2026/2027 academic year. This contract position supports a large caseload, providing essential OT services to students with the assistance of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The role focuses on delivering therapy in a school setting, replacing the current vocational OT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 100 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet students educational and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations.
• Utilize the support of a COTA to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric OT practices and school service delivery models.
• Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to supporting students functional and educational goals.
