Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution required
- Current OT licensure (or ability to obtain) in Georgia
- Previous experience providing OT services in schools strongly preferred
- Skilled in IEP writing, documentation, and goal-setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student strengths and areas for development
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload (PreK-12)
- Support classroom staff with strategies to increase student participation and independence
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and compliance
- Participate actively in team meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary collaborations
