To Excel In This Position, You Should Demonstrate

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Texas
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school age groups
• Compassionate listening skills and the ability to build trust with students, parents, and staff
• Effectiveness in developing and implementing individualized support plans
• Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules across multiple campuses
