- Hold an active and valid SLPA license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Must be bilingual, with strong proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Solid organizational and record-keeping skills
- Comfort with collaborative, team-based environments
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, as prescribed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
