Qualifications
- Active Virginia SLP license
- School-based experience strongly preferred, but all SLP backgrounds considered
- Ability to work full-time, on-site; virtual or hybrid work is not available
- Must quickly complete VA Department of Social Services background check
- TB test required upon hire
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Adaptability to work with a variety of age groups
- Willingness to serve where needed within the district
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across varying ages and abilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
