School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team supporting students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children achieve communication success and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and therapy objectives
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic, and voice disorders
- Provide classroom-based and pull-out therapy services as appropriate
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and/or Department of Education certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
