Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience in school settings preferred, serving a range of needs from General Education to Moderate/Severe
- Comfortable working with students in elementary (TK–5th) and high school (9th–12th) grade levels
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to a varied caseload, with up to 60 students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans aligning with IEP goals
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain precise documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for children of all abilities
- Consistent onsite schedule at two campus locations: Rosamond Elementary School and Rosamond High Early College Campus
- 37.5 contracted hours weekly through the academic year, August to June
