This position offers a part-time role as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a small charter school setting located in Burnsville, MN. The role involves supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 35 students in grades K8 (ages 514), including those with academic, behavioral, and related service needs. Candidates are welcome from various backgrounds, including SLPs with CCC credentials, SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as well as SLPAs working under appropriate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language services two days a week, with potential to extend to 2-3 days as needed.
- Deliver therapy through push-in, pull-out, and consult models tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate closely with the special education team to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals.
- Utilize SPEDForms for efficient management and documentation of IEPs.
- Adapt service delivery using teletherapy or a hybrid approach based on student and school requirements.
- Support students across a range of communication needs within an inclusive learning environment.
- Valid SLP certification/license or SLPA certification with appropriate supervision.
- Experience or interest in school-based therapy, especially with K8 populations.
- Ability to work flexibly within teletherapy and in-person settings.
- Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation systems is preferred.
