Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Nebraska SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience with elementary caseloads preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for students in need of speech/language services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to maximize student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Flexibly rotate between assigned school sites as needed
- 37.5-hour work week during regular school hours
