As an SLPA, you'll engage with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, collaborating with educators and support staff to help students achieve their communication goals. Required Qualifications And Experience
- Active Oregon SLPA licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous experience working with K-12 school populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Team-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to various school environments
- Passion for supporting student learning and growth
- Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Follow treatment plans, document progress, and assist with assessments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP processes
- Facilitate engaging activities to encourage communication skill-building
- Travel between school sites as needed (assignment could involve multiple schools)
