1:1 Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Pendleton, OR

You'll work directly with a caseload of 40 students, providing impactful 1:1 pediatric services at Island City Elementary, La Grande High School, and North Powder. Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice in the state
• Experience or strong interest in working 1:1 with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services in alignment with student IEPs under SLP supervision
• Participate in the assessment process by preparing materials and documenting progress
• Support and collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Engage students in meaningful activities that improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluations and planning
