Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students exhibiting speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions focused on improving speech and language skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care
- Engage with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Oregon
