School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Woodburn, Oregon

A Registered Nurse with an Oregon RN license is sought for a 1:1 nursing assignment with a first-grade student during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract-to-hire position is based in Woodburn, OR, within a school setting, offering an opportunity to provide critical health support in an educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one nursing care tailored to the needs of a first-grade student.
• Monitor and manage health conditions, medications, and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student well-being.
• Maintain accurate health records and document interventions in compliance with school policies.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and implement appropriate care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Oregon.
