Key Qualifications & Experience
- Active RN license, with credentials valid in New Hampshire
- Previous experience in school nursing settings, or strong interest in pediatric/community health
- Familiarity with supporting diverse student health needs across all grade levels (K-12)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
- Deliver daily health support and emergency care to students on-site
- Manage and administer routine and prescribed medications in accordance with state laws and school policies
- Document student visits, interventions, and care provided
- Serve as a point of liaison for parents, faculty, and healthcare providers regarding students’ health plans
- Participate in health education and wellness initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of nursing practice
